Co-founder and designer Miroslava Kohutiarová has shaped LAFORMELA’s identity since its inception in 2011. Known for her rigorous aesthetic vision, cultural depth, and commitment to quality, Miroslava’s approach has placed the brand within Vogue Talents (2018) and earned a Czech Grand Design Award(2015).Her work consistently emphasizes authenticity and craftsmanship, firmly positioning LAFORMELA within the international luxury fashion scene.

Antonín Soukup, designer and co-founder of LAFORMELA since 2011, is known for his distinct creative voice, precision, and attention to visual communication.Alongside Miroslava Kohutiarová, Antonín’s creative direction emphasizes cultural resonance and contemporary expression, making the brand sought after by international stylists, celebrities, and leading global boutiques such as H.Lorenzo in Los Angeles.

Francesca Kolowrat joined LAFORMELA organically as Managing Partner, following two years of close collaboration with designers Miroslava Kohutiarová and Antonín Soukup. She strategically oversees the company’s operations, international expansion, and business restructuring during its current dynamic growth phase. Francesca’s leadership ensures the brand remains faithful to its core creative vision and values, while simultaneously strengthening its position and operational efficiency in key global markets
